By downloading, installing, or using the JamNotes application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

JamNotes is a note-taking application that allows users to create, store, and organize notes, set reminders, bookmark content, and access premium features including voice-to-text, camera integration, and gallery access.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

4. In-App Purchases and Payments

4.1 Premium Features

JamNotes offers premium features as one-time in-app purchases. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Available purchases include:

  • Gallery Access: $0.99 one-time
  • Camera Access: $0.99 one-time
  • Voice Notes: $3.99 one-time
  • No Ads: $1.00 one-time
  • Premium Bundle (all features above): $5.00 one-time

4.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed through the Google Play Store. Each purchase unlocks the corresponding feature permanently for your account; there is no recurring billing or auto-renewal.

4.3 Ownership

Once purchased, a feature remains unlocked and accessible for as long as you use the App with the same account, with no further action required on your part.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play Store policies.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using JamNotes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purposes
  • Upload content that infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

8. Intellectual Property

The JamNotes name, logo, and all related marks are our intellectual property. The App's code, design, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

JamNotes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or device issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
